We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, all items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Include all original tags and labels
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be in resellable condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- An exchange for another item
Please note:
Failure to return products in their original condition may result in up to 10% being deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The wrong item was sent by us
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Customized or personalized products are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing error or customization mistake caused by us.
